Comm Comm UK led a programme of community consultation for Saxon Wharf, 46-52 Norman Road.
Notting Hill Housing put forward plans for the redevelopment of Saxon Wharf into a residential-led mixed-use scheme. The proposals include 142 new homes, which will be a mix of social rent, affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale homes, as well as commercial accommodation on the ground floor.
The consultation included a public exhibition and meetings with key amenity groups in the area as well the MP. The planning application was approved in 2019.
