Comm Comm UK are appointed by the City Corporation to deliver stakeholder relations for the redevelopment of the former site of the Richard Cloudesley School.

The proposals include a new primary school as well as 66 homes for social rent. The site sits within the boundaries of the City of London and London Borough of Islington and next to the Grade II listed Golden Lane Estate, an estate popular with design creatives and architects.

The scheme was successfully granted planning permission by both the London Borough of Islington and the City of London in March 2018. Since then, Comm Comm UK has been leading the construction communications for the project working closely with the City Corporation’s Communications Team and the appointed contractor.
