Investors in People Awards 2024

Last week, Anne and I attended the Investors in People (IIP) annual celebration at the amazing Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, to collect Comm Comm UK’s award alongside organisations from around the country who have also been accredited this year.

It was a glorious sunny day, perfect for an outdoor photo op in the beautiful surroundings of the historic Lincoln’s Inn. We heard some inspiring and motivating speeches from IIP CEO Paul Devoy and industry case studies from several businesses, including Amey infrastructure providers and a law firm. The stats about staff engagement and workplace motivation in the UK are sobering, which is why organisations like Investors in People are so important in helping us make work a better place to be, through strong leadership, purpose and positive company culture.
